Rethink is a return to self movement advocating self love and introspection.
Introspection: observation or examination of ones own mental and emotional state, mental process; the act of looking within oneself.
Rethink encourages ridding our minds of any distractions. I trust that an introspective lifestyle can create a better outlook on our lives. We've been distracted in several areas of our lives, including how to think, feel and even react. Often times our reactions, feelings and thoughts are influenced by outer factors, ie) religion, media or other people. What we eat, how we shop and live our lives, how we treat people, the way we save and spend, and the values we place on things. Imagine if we never placed so much value on THINGS? Imagine if human beings shifted their values from THINGS to living beings and life itself? Returning to self to redevelop regard for life and self, loving ourselves not for how much money we have or how many degrees we hold, however for simply just being who we are.
“Let us not be too inspired by the ideologies, let us not search the clouds for too long, we have to focus on the discovery of the God within ourselves. We are the Gods we have been searching for, reading about and praying to.”
